IDS was commissioned to translate this regional approach to basic skills into a clear animation video. The animation had to explain comprehensibly what the problem is, what the region wants to achieve and through which lines of action municipalities and partners are working to achieve this. The goal was to convey the joint course and approach visually and accessibly.
