us to create a series of animations for the National Healthcare Reserve (NZR). The NZR connects healthcare reservists with healthcare organizations that have a temporary need for assistance. We outline various scenarios in which an acute shortage of healthcare workers could arise and how the NZR provides a solution. The other two animations are specifically aimed at healthcare organizations and healthcare workers, and go into a bit more detail about how the network works.
