Avoord
The assignment
Avoord is well-versed in modern elderly care and offers a broad spectrum of services. They have developed a new special technique to greatly improve the quality of life of people with dementia. Together with Avoord, we set to work to beautifully depict and highlight this in an animation.
The story
This animation reflects on one of the greatest threats to the health of the elderly: dementia. Unfortunately, a cure is not yet possible. So Avoord began looking for other ways to improve the quality of life for people with dementia. The answer lies in our so-called mirror neurons. Through their specially developed technology, they can greatly improve the quality of life of people with dementia and ease the care burden on family caregivers and care workers.
Storyboard & style
The designs for the animation were developed with great care. A calm and soft color palette that fits nicely with the subject matter and a storytelling with great focus. A unique style developed especially for this story.
The result
Together with Avoord, we’ve created a special animation that brings attention to dementia and how mirror neurons can make a difference in the world of dementia.
